This was a last minute booking as we didn’t like where we were staying. The staff were helpful and friendly. They sent someone to meet us at the station. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk from the station. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was quite nice but it seemed to run out of things a lot. Ham, cheese, scrambled egg, yogurt, muesli.

The hotel was great. My husband and I stayed in the Double bed with mountain view for our Ten Year Anniversary and it was the perfect stay. At first we got put in the wrong room, but when I pointed that out, they fixed the issue right away. The room smelled clean and the view was dreamy. It's out of the way so it was quiet except for the train when it passed by, but that only happened during the day. It is close enough to everything you need and felt extremely safe. The breakfast was simple but great. The juice and coffee was fresh and the eggs were offered to be made to order. The rooms are decorated well so it didn't feel boring in the room. I would stay here again if I visited the town.

It was a comfortable hotel near the train station and center of everything. The Staff picked us up from the train station which is a great touch. Breakfast is just okay, nothing spectacular but not so bad also. The room was big enough for 2 people, and has all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. The beddings are thick and can keep one warm as the room can get quite cold in the evenings. Good value for the money spent, as most hotels in the same location are so much more expensive.

Very kind and helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room, lovely views, stable wifi, proper shower, good breakfast, convenient location. Nice starting point for trips to Machu Picchu - we arrived in town the day before, and our guide picked us up at the hotel the next morning to take us up to the ruins, and we were really happy with everything.

The hotel was lovely! We had a room at one of the high floors and had a beautiful view over the city and mountains nearby. There was a fine breakfast: tea, bread, eggs. The staff was friendly and even met us at the train station when we arrived from Cusco in the evening.

The staff was very kind. My child was sick and they were very accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were great for families.

Spacious and comfortable room, lovely views, stable wifi, proper shower, breakfast is just okay, convenient location. We could leave our bags in the storage.

We only stayed one day. The staff was accommodating, providing us with information and tips on things to do in town. The bedrooms were clean and I loved that they had heaters for cool nights.

Amazing room, beautiful view, just like they showed in the pictures. Very comfortable bed. Great location. Simple but good breakfast.

Perfect place to stay before a morning at Machu Picchu. My entrance to Machu was 6am and was pleased to see the breakfast was available at 5am, which I did not expect. Kind staff who met me at the train station and led me to the hotel. Also, they let me leave a bag at the hotel for no charge while I explored until I caught the train. I chose to put a lock on my bag to avoid any personal concerns. Highly recommend this hotel! I had high expectations and they were exceeded.
